Return & Refund Policy
- Design Services – Refund Eligibility
Before any design work begins: 100% refund of deposit (minus any bank/wire fees).
After concept design phase has started (2D layouts or mood boards delivered): Deposit is non-refundable.
If unsatisfied after multiple revisions: We may offer a partial refund (typically 20–50% of the deposit) depending on work completed.
Design subjectivity notice: Refunds will not be granted based solely on aesthetic preferences if the deliverables substantially meet the agreed brief.
- Modular Decoration – Returns
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect (covered under Warranty Policy). - How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 5 business days.
- Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Wire transfer fees may be deducted.
