Every effort is made to keep the website running smoothly. However, 12 DESIGN takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Services Provide

12 DESIGN provides the following services:

Interior space design for Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), arcades, playgrounds, and commercial entertainment venues.

Complete 3D renderings and construction drawing packages, plus brand identity design.

Optional services: modular design and modular customization, Remote installation guidance.

Note: We do not provide on-site construction or local contracting services.

Quotes and Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all quotes are in USD.

Quotes do not include bank fees, wire transfer fees, or PayPal fees (if applicable).

All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Payment Terms

Design services: A 70% deposit is required upon project confirmation. The remaining 30% is due upon delivery of the final design files.

Modular customization services: A 70% production deposit is required after design finalization. The remaining 30% balance is due before shipment.

Intellectual Property

All design intellectual property remains the property of 12 DESIGN until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights to the final design files for their specific project. 12 DESIGN retains the right to showcase the project (including images, renderings, and descriptions) in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property, including our design methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools – even if used in your project.

We do not resell or license your design to any third party.

Revisions and Adjustments

We include up to 3 rounds of revisions during the concept design stage. Major changes after final approval may incur an additional 30% fee.

Changes requested after final approval may require a new quote.

Delivery of Design File

Design files are delivered via cloud link or email in the following formats: PDF, DWG, SKP, 3DS, FBX, and JPG/PNG.

Limitation of Liability

12 DESIGN is not responsible for construction quality, local permitting, or contractor performance.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions, or internet failures.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes all prior communications, whether written or oral.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Guangzhou, China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Guangzhou, China, in accordance with the rules of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
