Warranty Policy

1. Design Warranty
   We use our best professional efforts to ensure that our design files are accurate within a reasonable scope and free from known material errors. If an error is proven to be our fault, we will correct it free of charge.

If a design error (e.g., dimension mismatch, structural conflict) is proven to be our mistake, we will correct it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

2. Modular Decoration Warranty
   For products manufactured by 12 DESIGN:

1-year limited structural warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., delamination, broken joints, faulty assembly).

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, improper installation, or modification by third parties

Damage caused by local contractors or during shipping (file a claim with the carrier)

To make a warranty claim: Provide photos/videos and proof of purchase within 30 days of discovering the defect to info@12design12.com. We will repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion.

3. “AS IS” Disclaimer
   Except as expressly provided in this Warranty Policy, all services and deliverables are provided “AS IS” without any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
